One of my main cooking problems is to find sufficiently varied recipes to use up a too big batch of a specific ingredient which I hd to buy in too big amount… Obviously, one solution is to freeze a part, but that is not always possible. Besides, sometimes the too big batch itself is defrosted so can’t be refreezed… In this part of the blog I will adress this topic, giving ideas of how to prepare various dishes with the same ingredient. Of course, I will stick to the topic of this page – cuisines from the old Orient Express routes 😊
