My name is Franka Miriam Brueckler, I am a mathematician working at the University of Zagreb in Croatia. Born in Germany, I practically grew up in trains, travelling between Germany and Croatia and learning about food from my parents – about good food, yummy food, traditional food from various parts of Europe.
I kept my love for travel and food all my life, have travelled all around Europe and when I discovered Turkey some years ago, I immediately fell in love, particularly with its cuisine.
